Where are you guys locate?
- We're from the United States, we don't have a physical store, we only accept online orders.
What are the estimated delivery times for my orders?
Please note that all our products are custom made, we print and sew the up when someone order it. Some products takes longer than other to finish. Here are estimated delivery times for different products:

- International: 2-3 Weeks

- USA: 1-2 Weeks

Can I get a TRACKING NUMBER for my order?
- Yes, we will email you your tracking number right after we ship your order.
I received a DAMAGED/FLAWED/INCORRECT ORDER. What can you do?
- Please email us a picture of the product you received, then we will get you a replacement or refund right away.
Can I CHANGE my order?
- All our products are custom made, we print and sew them when a customer order it. We can only change order if your order still not in production. If we already start working on in, then we can't change it.
Can I RETURN my order to change the sizes or designs?
